    The cottage is open to the public every weekend. Stop in for a cup of Irish tea and a slice of soda bread while enjoying traditional Irish music and dance or joining in for some classic Irish songs.

    • Beginning Irish Gaelic

      Every Sunday morning, the House of Ireland offers a free introductory Irish session music class at the House of Ireland Cottage in Balboa Park, San Diego. All players of all levels are welcome to participate. Players must bring their own instruments.

    Classes are free and open to knitters of all experience levels. At the beginning of each class beginning techniques will be covered, while the latter portion of the class will be open for more advanced practice.
